A
little tribute to keith bush. he was a great guitarist when
he put his mind to it. it's too bad his social life took a complete
shit before he past. he decided to ban many of us from going
to jb's down because of a "chair punk" incident. we decided
to boycott jb's and actually conned a band from out of town
to play at a party across the street from jb's instead of playing
their scheduled gig at jb's. I remember watching keith closing
up early that night. I felt bad for him. that was the last time
i saw him. Many people who knew him may remember him as "the
crabby old bartender." But i will always remember him as the
guy who let my shitty bands play at his bar with national acts(aggression,
hallowseve etc..). And most of all, i remember him for being
the guy who let me use his room the night i lost my virginity.
