I
remember that they used to do a Christmas pageant at JB's in
Kent every year with the Twist Offs. This was back in '86-'87
when the Twist Offs were a 4 piece with Phil on lead guitar.
At one point each year they did the 'pageant'. This involved
involved elf costumes and a rollicking rendition of 'Mr. Heatmiser'
from the animated Christmas classic. The Twist Offs were a part
of the presentation. Lots of stuff thrown into the crowd beanbag
chairs etc... I had a great time and plenty of Rolling Rock,
not bad for my Junior year of High School.
