Cypher has always been around, but the transformation to ass-kicking ska band happened around the end of 1999. Too much partying like it was 1999 caused Cypher to go through about 9999999999999.2 different bassists, and one trombonist who recently returned. Their line-up is better than ever and Cypher plans to finally release an album in Spring 2003. Bringing ska back from the dead is no easy task, but the badass motherfuckers in Cypher are always up for a challenge.
